5 or 6 lbs brisket
meat tenderizer
4 TBL liquid smoke
salt & pepper
celery salt, garlic salt & onion salt
paprika
brown sugar
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat generously with tenderizer, liquid smoke and salt and pepper. Let stand 2 or 3 hours. Spread generously over meat all other ingredients, except barbecue sauce. Wrap meat tightly in foil. Bake 1 hour at 350. Uncover or loosen foil. Bake 4 hours more at 200 or until tender. Cool. Slice to serve. Spread each slice with barbecue sauce. Cover baking pan with foil. Return to oven and bake another hour at 200 before serving to 12 persons.
