ranch dressing
small am't green pepper (cut very small)
Green onions (cut very small)

This is an easy recipe to make in a hurry. For the whole thing you just use what amounts you think looks good.

If you make it ahead, don't put the dressing in until you are ready to use it. If you want a little more color you could add a tomato or two.
