1 cup or so of leftover collards
cooked white and ham
Cuban bread or French baggettes

Combine and cook for a short time.

When you make collards and only have a cup or so left, chop and combine them with cooked white beans and ham for soup. Wonderful for cold days with Cuban bread or French baguettes and butter for dipping.
