2 T liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
2 tsp celery salt
2 T Worchestershire sauce

Mix and marinate a 4-5 lb. brisket overnight. Wrap in foil. Bake 275* oven for 4-5 hrs. Add Bar-B-Q sauce rewrap and bake one more hr. To serve, slice in thin slices and pour juices over top.
