1 pkg. lemon or lime jell-o
2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. pineapple juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Melt jell-o in cup hot pineapple juice, let cool. Cream cheese until it is very soft. Add can of pineapple then add nuts. Pour pineapple juice and jell-o mixture into cream cheese mixture and mix well. Last fold whipped cream into above mixture. Chill.
