Soup
pork shoulder or loin roast 1 1/2 - 2 lbs.
2 29 oz. cans hominy
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. chile powder
1 tsp. cumin

Garnishes
lemon wedge
lime wedge
onion, finely diced
avocado, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cube pork roast, put in large pot with other ingredients. Cover with water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 3 hours or until meat is very tender. Add water if necessary. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Serve with little bowls of your choice of garnishes so each person can garnish his or her own serving.
Serve with tortillas or saltines.
