2 cups all-purpose sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup Crisco shortening
1 cup sugar
3 lightly beaten eggs
2 (3 3/4 oz.) packages instant lemon Jell-O pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda and salt. Cream together shortening, sugar and pudding mix until lightly fluffy. Add, eggs mix well. Beat in flour mixture. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
