2 lb. ground beef,
3 jars (15 1/2 oz) Ragu Spaghetti Sauce,
2 lb. Ricotta cheese,
1 egg, beaten,
1 tbs. parsley flakes,
salt and pepper to taste,
1 lb. lasagna noodles,
1 cup Parmesan cheese,
mozzarella cheese

Bake at 350º for 30 min.
Brown beef, drain fat. Add Ragu heat to boiling. Cut 12 thin Mozzarella. for topping, shred remainder, mix with Ricotta, egg and parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

Ladle 1 cup sauce into 2 pans. Layer 3 noodles, 1 cup mixture, 1 cup meat sauce. Repeat twice.

Bake one freeze one. If cooking from frozen state cook at 400º covered for 75 minutes. Uncover cook for 15 more minutes.
