4 lbs Short ribs
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons minced Garlic
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 teaspoon minced Ginger
1/2 cup minced Green onions
1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly cut the ribs by cutting parallel to bone, leaving only about 1/4 inch of meat to connect ribs.
Open and lay flat.
Score meat on both sides.
Combine all the ingredients and marinate meat overnight.
Broil in preheated 375 degree oven for 3-5 minutes on each side.
