1 pound fettuccine
1 1/3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
6 jumbo egg yolks
Salty and Pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk and cream in a large sauce pan until the mixture comes to a simmer. Slowly whisk in the cheese's and then remove from the heat. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and slowly whisk in a portion of the hot milk and cream mixture. Slowly pour the egg yolk and milk mixture back into the milk and cream in the pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cooked fettuccine to saucepan. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and stir until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency
