Green Peppers, tops cut off and cored
Matchbox carrots, diced small
Roma tomatoes, diced small
Celery, diced small
Chicken broth 16oz
Rice, cooked.
Ground beef-cooked and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder
Provolone cheese slices
Ketchup to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown ground beef with onion,celery and carrots. Drain fat. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth ( just enough to cover meat) Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and rice. Stir until well mixed. If needed add more chicken broth to moisten.Fill peppers. Cook 30-35 minutes. Top with cheese slices and broil until cheese is melted
