3/4 C sugar
1 egg
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 C flour, 1/4 t salt
Strawberry or Raspberry Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream softened butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg and vanilla to the creamed butter and sugar. Blend ingredients well. Add the egg and vanilla and blend well. Mix dry ingredients separately. Add dry mixture to moist and mix well. Chill dough for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough. Cut out an even number of big hearts. Take half of the cut-out hearts and use the small cutters to cut little hearts from them. Now there is one big heart and one heart outline per cookie. Then put the hearts on the cookie sheets - big with big and cut outs with cut outs and bake 8-10 minutes.

Let the cookies cool and then spread the jelly on the big heart and place the outlined heart over it. Let cool.
