1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
1 lb butter
1 lb brown sugar
1 lb powdered sugar
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the butter into 1/2-inch slices and soften the ice cream. Put the butter slices into the freezer for a few minutes. Mix the brown sugar, powdered sugar and spices into the ice cream. Add the frozen butter chunks into the ice cream and freeze.

When ready to make the drink, scoop out 1 or 2 tbsp into a mug, add rum and pour hot water over the mix. This should melt the ice cream and leave slowly melting butter floating on the top.
