1 pack 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 sticks of butter (softened)
6 medium eggs
3 cups of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups of Swan's Down Cake Flour

Optional: Lemon glaze 1/4 cups lemon juice and 3/4 to 1 cup of powdered sugar. Mix. Drizzle over warm cake.

Mix cream cheese and butter; stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, blend until smooth. Stir in cake flour. Mix until thoroughly blended. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1-1/2 hours @ 325º or until toothpick comes out clean.
