5 c. chicken broth
1 medium onion
1 large cauliflower or broccoli
1/2 c. carrots
6 T. butter
6 T. flour
2 c. milk
bacon, cooked and crumbled
cheese whiz
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, onion, carrot, and cauliflower; cook 20 min until cauliflower is tender. In separate saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour and cook over low heat for 2 min. Stir in milk and cook until thickened. Add to cauliflower mixture until well blended over low heat. Add bacon, cheese whiz, salt and pepper to taste. If thin, add cornstarch or rice.
