12 oz. loaf French Bread, cut in 1" diagonal slices
1/2 pt. cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into fourths
1 small yellow pepper, chopped
3 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic (1 minced, 2 split in half)
1 T. fresh basil, chopped
2 T. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Toast bread under broiler. Combine other ingredients in bowl. Spoon mixture on toasted bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
