1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can black beans
1 small can mexi corn
2 T. fresh or dried cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 small can chilies, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water and broth, enough to make 2 qts. Add salt and pepper and chicken base to taste. Cool chicken and cut up into pieces. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
