2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. paprika, divided
1 pkg. assorted chicken pieces
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Place flour, seafood seasoning, hot sauce, glack pepper, salt and 1 tsp. paprika into large plastic bag. Dip each chicken piece in milk; place in bag with flour mixture. Shake bag until each piece is coated.
2. Pour oil in 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Top with chicken; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp. paprika.
3. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until chicken pieces are tender and no longer pink inside.
