2 packages yeast or 2 full tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cube butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 to 5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. In large bowl, mix 1 cup boiling water, 1/2 cube butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add two eggs and mix well, then add yeast and mix all with 4 to 5 cups flour. I use a potato masher to mix the dough, this will be sticky. Cover with sprayed saran wrap and a tea towel on top. Let rise until double in bulk two times. Squeeze small amount of dough into muffin tins and let rise until double in bulk (do not cover). Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
