3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour three 1 pound coffee cans to bake the pumpkin bread in. Heat oven to 250°. Combine ingredients in order listed. Mix well then divide equally in cans. Bake one hour at 250°. Cool cans for 10 minutes and then turn out on rack. When cool return bread to cans and attach lids. Freeze or store in refrigerator.
