3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 teaspoons vanilla
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Prepare 10"x13"x1/2" jelly roll pan by placing a dab of shortening in pan. Then line pan with wax paper and also grease the top of the wax paper. Mix together: eggs, sugar, cinnamon, flour, pumpkin and baking soda. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Put cake onto towel and roll up (towel, wax paper and all)! Set aside to cool completely. Beat together butter, vanilla, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Unroll cake, spread on filling, re-roll and refrigerate for 3 hours. This dessert can be frozen!
