1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Wesson oil
2 cups flour
1 well beaten egg
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup coffee (left over brewed coffee)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 or 3 mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Mix all together well. Turn into prepared pan and bake about 45 minutes.
