BBQ Sauce of your choosing
Vegtable Oil

Directions:
Thaw the amount of Ribs you want to cook 2 days before you want to cook them.

Day 1 into the thawing process you put them into a barbeque marinade and let it marinade in the fridge over night

Day 2 about an hour and a half before you want to eat preheat the oven 200 degrees and put the cookie sheet of ribs and barbeque marinade into the oven.

Cook them for about a hour and while it is cooking pre-heat the barbeque

When Barbeque is hot carefully place ribs on Barbeque 10 minutes remove them and Serve
