10 to 12 servings of prepared instant potatoes
1 package cream cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter
Grated Longhorn cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix instant potatoes as directed on package. Add cream cheese, chilies, butter and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is bubbly.
