3 1/2 pounds trimmed beef brisket
Liquid Smoke (hickory or mesquite)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) bottle soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brush brisket with liquid smoke. Rub brisket with garlic powder and onion powder. Place inside a large oven cooking bag in a roasting pan. Pour Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce over the meat and marinate overnight. Pierce several holes in the top of bag. Roast at 325° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until tender. Reserve sauce to add moisture back. Carve diagonally across the grain.
