4 or 5 pound brisket
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon ginger
1 envelope Lipton onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and marinate beef in all ingredients but the onion soup, for at least 24 hours. (I sprinkle beef tenderizer on the roast while it is marinating). While marinating, turn beef once in a while. Place meat in heavy foil. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top. Seal with foil. Bake in 300° oven for 5 to 6 hours.

Variations:
Use chili sauce or cream of mushroom soup instead of onion soup.

Roast can be cooked from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 250°.
