1 cup flour
Dash of salt
Baking powder (tiny bit)
2 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl, add salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg yolks and add enough milk to make just the right consistency equivalent to the pancake batter. Add butter or oil. Mix well. Last, add stiffly beaten egg whites. Don't forget to spray waffle iron with Pam.

My grandson, Andrew, loves these waffles and I think he would eat waffles every meal if he could. He's the waffle king and the sweetest boy in the whole wide world.
