3 cups frozen, loose-pack shredded hash browns thawed
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced green peppers
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9" pie plate. Drizzle with butter and bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Combine ham, cheese, and green pepper. Spoon over crust. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into mixture in the crust. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
