2 pounds ground meat or sausage
3 roasted peeled chopped chilies
6 slices of white buttered cubed bread with crust removed
1 cup half-and-half
Jack and Longhorn cheese, enough of cover
Black olives
Cilantro to taste
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat with seasonings (i.e., garlic, onions, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper). Don't overcook. Put bread cubes in an oiled pan then add meat mixture and top with chilies. Beat eggs with 1 cup half-and-half, a little salt and pepper and pour this mixture over the meat mixture. Top with cheese (Jack and Longhorn) sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley, olives and cilantro. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°
