1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cube butter
1 pound lean ground meat
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pound grated cheese
Hamburger or hotdog buns
Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery, onion, bell pepper in butter and remove from heat. Then brown ground meat with salt and pepper to taste. Mix altogether and add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and cook for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 pound grated cheese and cook until cheese melts. Hollow out center of buns and spread buns with melted butter mixed with a small amount of mustard, then spread meat mixture. Wrap in foil and freeze. Heat in 350° oven 15 to 20 minutes.

Grandmother made these sandwiches, wrapped them in tinfoil, put them in the freezer so that when she had unexpected company she always had something that she could just heat up. The flavors in this sandwich blend well.
