2 large cans of chunk white chicken
Ranch Dressing
Franks Chicken Wing Sauce
2 Large packages of cream cheese (softened)
Mexican cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Open chicken and drain. Shred chicken with a fork into a 9x12 glass baking dish. Cover chicken with wing sauce (to taste). Put the cream cheese and ranch dressing in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir together. Add more ranch as needed to make mixture pourable. Microwave for another 30 seconds if necessary. Pour cream cheese mixture over chicken. Cover with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with scoops or pita chips (or celery/carrots for a low carb option).
