3 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) package frozen California blend frozen vegetables
1/2 cup cubed American cheese
1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring milk to a boil; stir in vegetables and return to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6 minutes.
3. Stir in cheese and soup mix.
4. Return to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 5-7 minutes or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

This a a very fast and easy soup. If you want to kick it up a bit add a little chicken to it. A few drops of hot sauce adds a little heat.
