4 salmon fillets thawed or fresh
2 T. Honey
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. ginger
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. chopped chives
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients following salmon in a shallow bowl. Add salmon fillets and turn several times to coat well. Transfer salmon and mixed ingredients into a plastic zip lock bag. Make sure to squeeze the air out of the bag before you seal it. Marinate for 1 to 3 hours (you may marinate overnight). Grill for 3 minutes on each side or bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. (salmon will be done when it flakes apart with a fork). In a saucepan, melt butter on high heat. Add lemon juice and chives. Pour over cooked salmon and serve. Enjoy.
