Ingredients:  
1 (16oz.) can light red kidney beans
1 small ham bone or slice of ham
2 T. oil
1 potato diced
2 T. pepper
2 T. onion minced
2 T. garlic minced
1 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. Creole mix
1 cube chicken broth
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 c. water



Directions:
Directions:
Boil above ingredients for 5 min. and simmer 20- 30 minutes. Add more or less water for desired consistency.

Serve over rice.
