2 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. extra hot sausage
8 oz. extra sharp cheese - grated

Directions:
Brown sausage - drained. Mix and roll into bite size balls. (sometimes I add a little water if difficult to roll) Bake in shallow pan. I use cookie sheets

350º - 15-20 minutes
