Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie chicken, deboned/skinned and chopped. ( I use Lemon Pepper from Walmart)
4 Celery limbs, chopped fine
2-4 cups, halved red seedless grapes (more or less to desired taste)
1/2 purple onion, sliced very thin and chopped
2-4 oz. of sliced almonds ( I put more)
1 cup of craisins ( I use Ocean Spray)
1 cup mayonnaise ( I use Hellmann's NOT light)
1/2 cup sour cream ( I use Breakstone NOT light)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
©Chop and toss each ingredient as it is added to the bowl. I mix Mayo, sour cream, S&P and garlic powder together so it will dissolve evenly. Better if made and left overnight to marry all the flavors. If too dry the next day, add extra mayo or sour cream in small increments,

Personal Notes:
This recipe is approximates as I usually don't measure exactly and according to my mood may throw extra amounts in, especially nuts and grapes
