5 slices of sour dough bread
2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs sausage, (Jimmy Dean)
6 eggs
3/4 tsp dry mustard
2 1/4 cup milk
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
cube bread slices, spread on bottom of 9x13 inch greased pan. sprinkle cheese over bread cubes. Brown and drain sausage, place over cheese. Beat eggs with mustard, and milk. Pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate over nite. Before baking, mix soup and milk. Pour over casserole. Bake 1 hour in 300 degree oven, uncovered.
