1/1/2- 2 lbs ground chuck
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
dash of garlic and onion salt
1 egg
1/3 cup flour
6 small carrots
6 celery sticks,cut into strips
1 large green cut into strips
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
combine ground beef, salt, ginger, garlic and onion salt. Shape into balls, Whip together egg and salt. Roll meat balls in egg mixture, then into flour. Brown in hot frying pan.
Boil cut up carrots, celery and green pepper for a few minutes, set aside.
combine and thicken with 3 tbs cornstarch the brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir and simmer for a few minutes. Add pineapple chunks and mix together with meatballs and vegetables.
If this is not enough liquid add 1 cup of veg water and pineapple juice from pineapple. Increase cornstarch to 4 tbs.
