1 cup cooked chicken, boned
or I use 1- 12oz.can of chicken
1 8oz. tub of cream cheese with chives
1 can of mushrooms drained and chopped
chopped walnuts, if desired
2 pkg of crescent rolls(8-10 each)
1 Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (dry)
melted butter (about 1 square)

Gravy: 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 pint sour cream

Combine chicken, cream cheese, mushrooms, chopped up. Can add chopped walnuts if desired.Mix together well. lay out the crescent rolls. Put 1 tbs of chicken mix on the large end, and roll up, tucking in the ends. Roll in melted butter, then roll in dressing mix. Put on baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook at 350 F for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

For gravy: one can of Cream of Chicken Soup, mixed with sour cream. Add milk if too thick. Heat and serve over the rolls.

We had these at our reunion and everyone, even the little kids liked them. They look pretty all puffed up and golden brown. They do look like "pillows".
