- 4 limes, juiced
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- Around 2 lbs whole pork tenderloin( one large or two small)

Directions:

- Mix first 5 items( marinade) in large plastic bag
- Put tenderloin in bag and put in fridge over night.
- Grill or bake to your liking
