1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
1 bunch table onions, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1 package Ramen noodles
2 T. sesame seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white sugar
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place cabbage and onions in medium salad bowl and set aside. Break Ramen noodles into small pieces inside of package and pour into a small mixing bowl with almonds and sesame seeds. Melt butter and mix into the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds until everything is coated. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 min. In a saucepan, heat vinegar, oil, sugar, and soy sauce until it simmers. Stir as it simmers for 2-3 min, then set aside to cool. Remove Ramen mixture from the oven and allow to cool. Combine all immediately before serving.
