1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef
1 cup of ketchup
1 medm green pepper, chopped
1 mdm onion, chopped
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 Tbsp of cider vinegar
2 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp prepared mustard, (i usually use mustard seed)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/8 tsp of chilli powder
1/8 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning
6 lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded colby cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the beef and drain. In a large saucepan combine next 13 ingredients and bring to a boil, let simmer for 10 minutes.
Spread 1/4 of a cup of bbq sauce in a 15x9 greased pan.
Layer with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the beef, 1/2 of the bbq sauce, sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzerella, cheddar and colby. Repeat layers.
Combine cottage cheese and the egg. Then spoon evenly over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand for about 10 minutes before cutting.
