1 lb. ground turkey
½ tsp. onion powder

2 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. onion powder
1½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper (if you like your food spicy, try adding ½ tsp. instead)
¼ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Directions:

Brown ground turkey in large skillet with the ½ tsp. of onion powder. Mix remaining ingredients (except water) together in a small bowl. Drain the grease off of the turkey. Add spices and water to the turkey in the skillet. Cook until the sauce boils and thickens slightly, 3-4 minutes.

If desired, use ground beef instead of ground turkey, and omit the ½ tsp of onion powder.
