2-1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tps. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2-1/4 cups milk
3/4" cup vegetable cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Just before baking, add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, gently mixing only until moistened (batter is thin and lumpy).

Pour small amount of batter into preheated waffle iron being careful not ot overfill. Bake until golden brown.
