"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

I have tried this recipe with several of those "fancy" single chocolate bars (like Lindt or Chocolove) that come in different flavors. I prefer the dark chocolate, but often mix two different kinds together. Especially good is the Chocolate Rasberry, Chilies and Cherries in Dark Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Toffee, Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond (you get the idea). Tiny marshmallows make a nice addition, also.

Directions:
Preheat a small non-stick skillet to medium heat. Brush both side of tortilla with melted butter. Place one into pan. Place crumbled chocolate pieces all over the tortilla. Place other tortilla on top. When it starts to melt, flip it over, being careful not to burn the tortilla. Let cool slightly before using a pizza slicer to cut into wedges. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
