Small graham cracker pie crust, or make two recipes for the larger pie crust
one block Philadelphia cream cheese, very soft
one can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 to 1/2 cup or more to taste of freshly squeezed lemon juice (bottled will not set) **or** Nellie and Joe's Key West Key Lime juice

Directions:
Cream together cream cheese and condensed milk until very smooth. Add lemon or lime juice. Blend completely until smooth. Refrigerate for at least two hours to firm up. Garnish with twisted lemon or lime slice.

The lemon pie goes particularly well with a topping of blueberries, strawberries or cherries, even the pie filling or a homemade compote is great with it.
