6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in order the bread, sausage, green pepper, onions, mushrooms and cheese. Use a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Beat together milk, eggs, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Pour over layered ingredients in pan. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
