6 c. yams or sweet potatoes, cooked (2 lg. cans)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
2 t. vanilla
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Topping:
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
5 T. butter, melted
1 c. pecan pieces, optional


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, pour into a large casserole dish (9x13). Sprinkle on topping.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly.
