FIRST LAYER:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup soft butter
1 1/2 tablespoons water

SECOND LAYER:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
8 ounces cool whip
Fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer: Mix ingredients well with fork and pat dough into pizza pan until it is 3/4 inch from the rim.

Second Layer: Bring water and butter to boil. Remove from heat and add flour all at once. Stir until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and spread over first layer. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Cool.

Topping: Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip together and spread over pastry. Garnish with strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, bananas, etc.
