CRUST:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup ground pecans (optional)
1/3 cup melted butter

FILLING:
1 1/2 cups sugar
16 ounces cream cheese
4 eggs
16 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup creme de menthe

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine ingredients and press into 9" spring form pan. Put in freezer to chill while preparing filling.

Filling: Cream together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed. Pour into crust. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake inside for 4 hours or overnight. Do not open oven door. Chill several hours and top with chocolate glaze.

Tip: A pan with hot water in it in the over keeps cheesecake from cracking. If it does crack, topping will cover it up.
